AGREEMENT

  1. 24 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL A PRIVATE TRAINING SESSION, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT SESSION. YOU SHALL BE CONSIDERED A “NO SHOW” AND CHARGED A SESSION IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

  2. 8-Hour Cancellation policy FOR SMALL GROUPS: If you have reserved your place in a class and fail to cancel 8 hours in advance of the class, you will be charged or forfeit a session for that class. That being said, we understand emergencies happen, so please keep the line of communication open with our staff via text or phone.

  3. Late Cancel Policy: If you are more than 5 minutes late for your class, you will forfeit your spot to another member on the wait list and incur the Late Cancel charge/Forfeit a session for that class. You must be on time to class to properly stretch and warm-up prior to engaging in a Code Green Fitness Workout class. No entry will be permitted into class after 10 minutes from the scheduled start time. IF YOU ARE 10 MINUTES LATE FOR A PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED AND “NO SHOW” AND CHARGED FOR THAT SESSION.

  4. THERE ARE NO “MAKE UP” SESSIONS. YOU MAY HOWEVER RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER DAY OR TIME IF YOU NOTIFY YOUR TRAINER IN ADVANCE.

  5. TRAINING SESSIONS AND TRAINERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.  PRIVATE SESSIONS AND SMALL GROUP SESSIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT AND AVAILABILITY. STANDARD SESSIONS ARE 25 MINUTES OR 55 MINUTES MAXIMUM.

  6. YOU ARE PURCHASING A FITNESS SERVICE PROGRAM, NOT THE SERVICE OF THE INDIVIDUAL TRAINER. THEREFORE, IF THE ASSIGNED TRAINER IS UNABLE TO COMPLETE ANY ONE OR ALL SESSIONS, ANOTHER TRAINER WILL BE ASSIGNED TO YOU. YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND IF THE ORIGINAL TRAINER IS NOT AVAILABLE.

  7. NO REFUNDS. ALL FEES FOR THIS FITNESS SERVICE AGREEMENT ARE IMMEDIATELY EARNED BY CODE GREEN FITNESS, LLC. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

  8. ALL TRAINING FEES ARE DUE BEFORE PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICE BEGINS. THERE WILL BE A $25 FEE FOR ALL BOUNCED CHECKS AND UNAPPROVED DEBITS.

  9. TEXTING COURTESY: WE SEND OUR MEMBERS A TEXT TO REMIND THEM OF CLASSES IN WHICH THEY ARE REGISTERED. PLEASE KNOW THAT THIS IS A COURTESY AND TEXTING SHOULD NOT BE THE ONLY WAY OUR MEMBERS KEEP TRACK OF CLASSES. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO TEXT US AT ANY TIME SHOULD YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR NEED TO BE ADDED TO OR TAKEN OUT OF A CLASS.

  10. WAIT LISTS: PLEASE DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED BY OUR WAIT LISTS. OUR MEMBERS TEND TO BOOK OUT MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND WE TYPICALLY GO THROUGH OUR WAIT LIST VERY FAST AS THE CLASS TIME APPROACHES.

  11. MEMBERSHIP FREEZE OPTION: IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED TO FREEZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP (VACATION, MEDICAL, INJURY, ETC.) WE DO OFFER A $25 FREEZE OPTION FOR A MINIMUM OF 14 DAYS AND MAXIMUM OF 90 DAYS.

  12. 14-Day Membership Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel at any time for any reason; however, we must have a written cancellation request, using the cancellation request form available at the studio, at least 14 days prior to your next bill cycle.
